You know, all east Finns want to be "päällikkö" and the silent western self-confidence hurts them badly. Searhing external reasons is a self defense action.

Lol. Oh yes. I'm aware of word ''tuulipukukansa'' . Swedes used that 1970's and 1980's as Finns started to travel Stockholm in any larger volumes. In my understanding ''tuulipuku'' (one kind of shell suits, was originally pretty light?) and was firstly used in outside training/jogging (worse weathers vs traditional training suits). But soon those became thicker/heavier, bit like light versions of snowsuit) and Finns started to use them everyday life.
