Finns would be the most likely to hold negative attitudes towards Slavs as a whole, when you consider their history with Russians, as well as them being a wealthy nation that gets many immigrants from Eastern Europe. While Hungarians the least likely from that list IMO (tell me if I'm wrong)

Our thousand years history with Russians is wars, but today we can live with them. Actually USA and EU make our relations harder, because they hamper our trade with Russians. It is normal to have trade with neighbours and now it is almost impossible

It is hard to foreigner understand the Savolaxiand mindset. First, they never laugh on themselves, always try to search what is wrong in other people and the joy is epicaricacy. People on certain level of civilization have more diverse feelings. What I know people living near the heartland of them refuse to be like them. People in North Karelia, Central Finland and Kuusamo make always clear that they are not like them. Karelians are proud of beeing Karelians and say "never Savolaxians". Central Finns say "they are there on the other side Pönttövuori, luckily it separates us". Pönttövuori is a hill and a long tunnel separating people. People in Kuusamo want to be administratively integrated with Oulu, despite the fact that Savolax is closer them.
