Both AU and NZ run some form of managed isolation due to the chosen elimination strategy. Most of these here in NZ were in hotels, mainly in Auckland with all outbreaks coming from those facilities. Setting up more remote facilities isn't a bad idea if this is the chosen strategy and you have the space. I believe Melbourne also used hotels and it has been problematic too?
