You're issue is You're not trying to learn an actual skill that would make you lots of money.
If you were rich you could get surgery for your weight and extra skin. If you're not 40 you still have time.
But you have other issues thats with your mind. You have a mental disability I think.
But its probably not your real limiting factor. Its probably your attitude about adressing problems. You're not motivated.

This has reminded me of University, when I participated in an online project with the University of Zagreb and wrote some paper with a Croatian student; we kept in contact and next year she sent me a similar photo when I told her I was planning a trip there. In the end I never visited Croatia, now I think I made a mistake...
