Even English spoken with a Spanish accent sounds adorable.

Saami languages

I’m not keen on Russian, but Finnish spoken with a Russian accent sounds quite sweet.

Depends on the day, or the weather, or however I'm feeling. But as a general list:

1. Ukrainian - Sounds pleasant, always gives me a feeling of nostalgia, seems like a cool build-your-own-language on a spectrum of Polish to Russian.
2. Greek - All types, ancient to modern. Sounds nice, writing looks cool, and the vast collection of historical knowledge written in it is really impressive.
3. Turkish - Really fun to speak, interesting grammar, fun to learn
4. Welsh - Has a wizard-like quality that I really enjoy. Plus it's fun to be able to whip out some Welsh and freak people out with it.
5. Catalan - The grammar is so bizarre, and everything else is like the perfect blend of all other Romance languages

Honourable mentions: Portuguese, Arabic, Farsi, Latin, North American French dialects

Romance languages, but Latin's superior to them;

German, other Germanic languages can be interesting but not as much as German I think;

I don't think that much about Slavic languages but they have their merit;

Chinese because of history, literature, writing and pronunciation;

Japanese because of the culture, writing and grammar;

Honorable mentions: Finnish, Georgian, maybe Classical Arabic though it's not really the native language of Arabic speakers.
