Tbh, I thought he was a more alpinoid influenced example who is more common along Epirus/Thessaly/Macedonia and it's hairer than many purer Med types of Southern Greece.
The most hairest are probably Pontics (and also more purely brown-black haired).

Proper Pontids/Meds are more like the two men here imo,
More horse-faced ectomorphic types, kinda more common along Southern Greece (especially Peloponnese), with weaker hirsuteness.
