Some amerindian civilization like incas, mayas, aztecs lived on high level in the past, but they cant develop further. Also pre-columbian civilizations have already declined when europeans came and they falled into barbarism for example mass human sacrifice etc. In the dark age only the white civilization broke out from the shadow nobody else, because europeans continuously killed each other that's why the european military technology was always the most advanced and its a good thing if you want to rule the world. After that we had unlimited resources to develop science, societies, cities, new ideologies, living standards etc.
