    Yes, it is principally due to a shortage of lorry drivers, caused by a mixture of post-Brexit immigration rules and an ageing workforce.

    Most of it is bad Governance.

    The cost of being a fully trained HGV driver does not entice the generation of people trying to save for a deposit on a mortgage. The infrastructure is basic for a foreign driver and tax changes have made the UK less appealing in a competitive field.

    The problem is not actually Brexit, it's the current government implementing Brexit.
