Default is the Anglo Saxon phenotype more common in Northern or Southern England

Some say southern England but the north has more Brunn elements and a lot of Nordic elements too

Metrically probably somewhere in Ethiopia. If the metric data on Brits is correct skull size has almost doubled compared puny headed Anglo-Saxons.

East Anglia even though Yorkshire probably has more Germanic input but the latter may be of more of Norse or Tronderish or something.

    Southeast!

I noticed the north and southwest has darker types in comparison, especially the southwest (dark hair and even dark/hazel eyes become more common there).

How stable is the British population by place? Do most people live in the county or region where their grandparents were born? I would imagine any differentiation would be limited to the most rural communities.

No idea since I don't live there. I'm guessing Australia has the most Anglo-Saxon types out of the Commonwealth states(I'm pretty sure Ethiopia isn't part of the Commonwealth) unlike North America which is full of Germanic build types like Richmond bread.

You'll find the answer in the genetics, which you don't seem that interested in.

I would say relatively stable, typically northern surnames ending in Thwaite for example are actually very uncommon in the south and even the Midlands while southern surnames especially those of Norman placenames are uncommon in the north. Most people do not move more than 80 miles from where they grew up and those who move much further tend to be retirees or the rich who will tend to have a home in one of the traditional old money counties like Sussex or Berkshire anyway.
