It really depends on individual. But if you ask which society is more used to living with nonwhites then I would say British for obvious reasons.

Although in recent years, Germany has actually taken in more than Britain has.

That's the impression I get from experiences (not so many with Germans), surveys, etc...

But the curious thing about the British working-classes is they actually have more of both extremes: more hardcore racists but also more people genuinely willing to mix with non-whites. In contrast, further up the social spectrum most people are varying degrees of armchair liberals.

Germans are far more accepting of non-whites. I've actually heard they like black people encountered the least racism there. Although I am not sure about other races.

I may be wrong, I am just saying from experiences I have heard. Just because there are fewer blacks in Germany doesn't mean they are more racist.
