What was Mussolini's plan with Spain?

Mussolini has tried to revive the Roman Empire during the WW2, but what would have happened if the Axis had won the WW2 in this question? Iberia was part of the Roman Empire, so did Mussolini want to attack Spain and Portugal too? Are there any source about it?

Mussolini supported Franco during the Spanish civil war, and Falangism in that era happened very strong in Spain.
I dont think Mussolini would have attacked Spain, not even Hitler did.
