Eso pasa especialmente cuando se trata más bien de criollos con mayor parte de raigambre colonial, porque se trata de sucesivas mezclas que han ido mermando el porcentaje nativo, pero se trata de un stock colonial antiguo que al darse como por “goteo” y gente tal vez de regiones distintas sucesivamente ya se alejó un poco del componente original.
Cuando el europeo es reciente suele asemejarse más al del Viejo Continente aunque haya un residuo no caucásico pero también en esos casos se da a veces que el resultado difiera un poco de la gente del Viejo Continente en fenotipo.

I think you can blend among some gulf arabs but the ones who have more fine traits and fair skin.

Who me personally or Peruvians in general ?

I personally think I’m nowhere near as hairy to pass as a gulf Arab, I don’t even have chest, back hair or a beard lol

I have met Lebanese people who were either my complexion or darker then me also but they’re from the levant not the gulf, the difference is Arabs can grow perfect beards generally while Peruvians just lack them and the most they can grow is a statch. We Peruvians are hairless people lol

Some Peruvians do.
Especially mixed from the coast.
Many indomestizos from Andean area same to many indomestizos from Bolivia blend with Nepalis and Tibetans.
You pass reasonable in Indonesia to me.

Mestizos is a broad classification. Seems like you are referring to indio-mestizos, which some do look south asian. 50/50s and euro-mestizos can have people that can look Turkish and Levantine.

In these pictures of 50/50 mestizos and euro-mestizos from a police department in northern Mexico you can find folks who could easily pass in the regions I mentioned before.
