    No, it is taken by a surveillance camera. Bears don't come close humans. It is also dangerous to be close mother bear and cubs.

    haha okay that makes more sense. We have black bears here in Colorado that are actually pretty friendly. My bf encountered one on his hike not too long ago. They were eating the blueberries. But you're right about not getting close to a bear with her cubs. That's a death sentence.
