Another adult bear could be her a year older cub. Checking the background.

Black bear considered as more aggressive than eurasian brown bear. But they have good intellect. So in Colorado they could be peaceful, cos' of many people around, but deep in Eurasia they are masters of the forest.

Yes. Most likely so. As mother of cubs will stand the presence that well ... the another bear will most likely be also female (hers last year daughter).

This is what in real happens ... there are stories (luckily rare) that grizzy/brown bear has even killed black bear (USA). Black bears are so much smaller.

Another interesting detail (video). As we see, adult black bear will still climb on tree. Brown/grizzy bear cubs will do exactly the same (just like cubs of black bear) but adult brown/grizzy bears will not climb anymore on trees. Perhaps weights of bodies will rise too high? Perhaps so as they face no reasons anymore (no needs to protect themselves from anybodies). Incl. Amur tigers etc.

Opposite how these bears might behave as facing humans? That can be another story. Both of them surpass humans (if not carrying gun).

PS: I hate those that kind of people who laugh on that video.

This is not that impressive spotting. This summer I spotted little cabin in deep Tavastian woods. A big bonfire was burning, and around the bonfire at least 10 Bedouins was gathered. I know Muslims are common sight in cities, but it was still bit surreal to spot them in this most impiwaaralainen setting.
