Yes, very interesting documentary.
1. The first guy is robber at 1:28
2. At 1:54 he is murderer
3. At 2:06 the gypsie guy is also murderer
4. At 2:23 He is murderer and robber
5. At 2:34 he is armed robber
6. At 2:42 this guy is adult i have no idea why he is in the juvenile prison, grievous bodily injury
7. At 17:23 he is murderer but he defended his mother when he killed his friend. This guys story is very sad, other prisoners often torture him, he tried to commit suicide many times.
8. At 1:02:37 a new gypsie guy has arrived in the cell and he was beated by the bull
9. At 1:10:38 the bull goes to fuck this gypsie guy's ass in the WC

Basically these kids torture each other and the guards don't even care about it.

He was notably narrowskulled too, but props to him, he did fight back a little bit before submitting. And I didn't get the feel that he was completely breaking down, but if that is because he himself is actually homosexual, that would take away little bit merit out of that. Obviously it is a difficult situation arriving as new guy there, but I can still see some extreme broadskull taking charge.

That's not at all the case. Prison conditions vary extremely between the different institutions, not so much by countries. In here you can find everything inbetween adult camps or hell, and the same goes for Russia, UK or any European country. Everyone in his right mind would choose being in a random Russian prison than in that London jail Assange is in, for example. As for Breivik, in front of that relatively normal looking room is a steel door and he is confined in there basically all the time. It may not look like a 1984 cell at a first glance, but it's almost just like that, paint a bit pink.

yes in the major part of the democratic countries,and very far from the US or the south american prisons,like in mexico or san salvador for ex,it's still over crownded with small cells of 9m3 the most of the time
and not the japanese prison cells(keimusho)
