The tribes surrounding us are hybridized dilutions of our kin. Eastern Europeans retained this culture more than any other racialized modern geographical groups I'm from this type of culture so I know our history precisely, indeed. When you look in modern DNA you see people as Romanians belonging to this group and also Belarusians and many others in between and to the side. That is the truth. When you score 100% or higher in some cases of this culture in a modern sense it is very honorable to have retained a nearly 2000 year old culture (if not older, yet to be fully examined). The reason why some people can score 100% of this culture is because they had to defeat many opposition invaders mainly Khazars, Mongols, Tatars, Seljuk Ottomans, Nazi Germans. The people that were unable to defeat these opposing invaders had to receive new racialized groups Central Asian, East Asian, West Asian, Western European, Balkan, etc added on to their Eastern European component these people are hybridized between invader groups that got in there. However, some retained this bloodlines by honor because they ancestors was legitimate successors of opposing powers in the region maybe their ancestors had military power or were guards for new colonies that were quickly forming for example the largest one, Ottoman Empire. Although in many cases this varying admixtures in our neighbors was from pillage, rape, or attempting to establish new dynasties between oppositions to use as puppets going forward and undermine the defending tribes. They were somewhat successful in their offsprings using politics to undermine our origins (thread title is example of that), the knockout punch however was WWII not because we didn't win many key battles, we won many battles in WWII but the knockout punch was eventually the politics used against us to attempt to establish a new order, mainly between Stalin, Roosevelt, Churchill. I know this last point is true my paternal Uncle a political figure and revolutionary fighter was killed in 1939 for this reasons.

Some also credit us legitimate heirs of Scythian, Hunnic, Gepidic, Avaric, Bulgarian, Vlach dynasties ofcourse we hold these surnames until modern times.

Some Ukrainians overlap with this Early_Slavic cluster, and these are more likely Northern and Eastern than Southern and Western Ukrainians:
