Yeah in hindsight many of my estimates were too high. Maybe 20%?

20% (a bit more or a bit less) sounds much more realistic.

Dominican Republic (45-50%)
Panama (30-35%)
Cuba (27%)
Puerto Rico (25%)
Venezuela/Colombia's Caribbean Coast (16-23%)

Only 3 million? Number seems kinda low. I've heard 5 to 6 million number thrown around.
