Many brothers who left created an ethnicity of their own. I think even most Austrians don`t consider themself as Germans and they have been
the longest time been with us. A unity would only happen if the provinces are granted a great deal of sovereignty. What has Germany to tell France about economic affairs?
Why has the EU court tell Germany that we should accept turks even if they don`t speak a single german word?

This is not possible. The Netherlands and Germany are brothers economically and also culturally to a certain extend.

I would consider any sort of Germanic confederation - British Isles, Scandinavia, Low Countries - but not if Germany was involved.
