Well Israel was one of the most sympathetic countries towards Serbia during the 90's, although this cooled off somewhat by the time the Kosovo conflict came along.

You know Israel threatened Milosevic to arrest him if he crossed their border?
And palestinians on the other hand invited him over, for orthodox christmas.

Was the recognition of Kosovo also a part of this strengthening of ties with Serbia?

Yeah like I said, that's when Israel (like most of the world) got put off by the Kosovo conflict. (Plus Netanyahu in particular trying to appease the US, of course).

Serbs are good with the arab world.

Yes and no. Egypt and Saudi Arabia (along with non-Arab Islamic nations like Turkey, Iran and Pakistan) backed the Bosniaks and to a lesser extent the Kosovars. On the other hand, due mainly to shared anti-Western sentiments, the then-governments of Libya, Iraq and Palestine supported the Serbs.

It was in fact many Jewish American politicians who backed bombarding Serbia. Jews don't forget those that helped them in WW2, nevertheless Edi Rama goes to Israel more often then I go to toilet.

Diplomatically some of them did, though it is true they didn't send arms and soldiers like they did with Bosnia.

Well in Israel itself, Ariel Sharon spoke out against the NATO bombing of Serbia while Netanyahu (who has always been much more of a suck-up to the US) supported it.
