Colorado hospitals denying organ transplants

One of the biggest hospital systems in Colorado is now denying organ transplants to the unvaccinated.
Their reason being, they want candidates to have the most positive outcome…

Article says they’re only taking organs from the vaccinated but I’m betting that’s not the case.

If we are hearing about Covid from actors, clowns and anyone else before doctors and scientists it is logical that hospitals take such measures to protect themselves from irresponsibility.

I don’t understand how they’re protecting themselves? They’re still dealing with COVID patients and those who aren’t vaccinated.

They must consider that there is an added risk or a greater possibility of failure in transplanting someone who refuses to be vaccinated and therefore is exposed to catch the Covid virus, it is a lot of effort for a candidate who would be by choice exposing himself to a contagion that could be avoided with the vaccine, it is like making future plans with someone who plays Russian roulette daily, it is hopeless and frustrating so you look for another candidate with more possibilities for the future.
