Well the Toekneehwin (Bulgarian) survey that puts them over 50% definitely overestimates blondism in other parts of Europe, so probably yes, that's my reasoning too.

In my eyes calculating brunettes as blonds ... will systematically overestimate numbers of blonds everywhere in Europe.

If you mean «pure» blonde hair, no areas outside of Scandinavia may be that blonde, except for regions of Estonia and Latvia!

Yes, they are around 50% blonde - haired ( all types of blondes).

White supremacy? Oh please! Since when? I believe in all human beings being equal. I always had a deep interest in anthropology, genetics, populations, history. I am not a racist person at all.
