There is case in history then YLE's superior of journalists had tried to influence journalist(s)? works ... not even fully stop something but just a bit limit how much she/they? would write ex. PM's one matter (I will not go to details). This become huge scandal and ended to fire of that leader of YLE. So everything is (yes) possible as we are talking about humans now, but that also showed that system will work pretty well in Finland. And journalists position is strong. What relevancy such a statistic have to everyday life? This is just part of the Right-wing's culture war agenda, in which they want to stir animosity against people of foreign background. Just post the complete finnish media in numbers like i did and post sources too. Post everything including all TV channels, newpapers, political youtube channels etc. Only the public media doesn't represent the real media forces, because there are tons of other media platforms which can reach the peoples in the case of politics.

And "creating negative stereotypes" is not an argument, because the left and liberals do that. According to them everything bad is fault of white people, if whites are wealthy it is because he took advantage of poor browns and blacks. Here in North it is not either (originally anyway). But as people have evidenced that now last 300 years (gypsies) ... and local people have been clearly lighter, those two matters just have someway joined together in spoken language or people's mind. Plus last 30 - 40 years uncontrolled immigration has not helped either.
