The operation that led to the arrest of 37 people who were part of a criminal group allegedly dedicated to the sexual exploitation of minors, whom they also used to sell drugs to their clients, was activated last April. In that month, the agents learned that a 16-year-old girl was regularly absconding from her place of residence, the Picón del Jarama (Madrid) center for minors, which belongs to the regional public network. The director of this center, seeing the high purchasing power of the intern, became suspicious of her activities and reported the facts to the Guardia Civil.

Subsequently, the investigators were able to confirm that in their absences they were having sexual relations with adults in exchange for money or narcotic substances. Over the weeks, after a court case was opened, the agents discovered that other minors were in the same situation. They contacted them through social networks, gaining their trust and subsequently used them to offer sexual services to clients to whom they also supplied narcotic substances, and in some cases, they forced them to distribute the drugs themselves on board scooters and, after delivery, they were sexually assaulted by the consumers themselves. On other occasions, the detainees took them to a well-known industrial estate in the capital city of Madrid, in Colonia Marconi, where they offered the drug buyers to have sex with them.

The police learned that one of the minors was kept for three days locked in a room in a drugstore in the Usera district of Madrid, run by one of the detainees. There, the procedure was the same: when the clients came in to buy their dose, this woman gave them the possibility of having sex with the minor. In a moment of carelessness, the victim managed to escape and asked for help in a nearby tobacconist's shop, from where the National Police were notified.

It was also discovered that one of the most responsible of this criminal network had requested the services of one of the minors. After identifying all the people involved, three of whom were women, a police operation was carried out at the end of November.

Among the searches carried out in homes and occupied dwellings, a hairdresser's located in Puente de Vallecas, which had a hidden hideout without lighting and a bed where, apparently, the sexual practices were carried out, stands out. They also discovered a camera, which is being analyzed in case it might contain pornographic material of the girls. Among the seizures there are also narcotic substances (300 grams of cocaine, ten of which were carried by a minor), tools for sale and consumption, a firearm, a machete, cash and various computer equipment. The crimes of sexual assault, prostitution of minors, illegal detention and crimes against public health are being investigated. Once they were brought before the court, eight of them were remanded unconditionally in custody.

Among those arrested is a man, a 52-year-old Moroccan, who is in prison accused of punching another to death on August 12, 2021 on Monte Igueldo Avenue, in the Madrid district of Puente de Vallecas. Another of those arrested is a rap singer Saymol Fyly, with more than 154,000 subscribers on the social network YouTube, and several members of the Dominican Don't Play gang. Some of them were frequent visitors to the narco-flats on San Dalmacio street in Villaverde.

According to the Community of Madrid, one of these minors currently resides in a center for minors to protect herself from this criminal network. However, the rest of the girls captured by the criminal organization were not under the guardianship of the regional administration when the police operation was carried out, according to the Directorate General of Childhood, Family and Promotion of Birth. However, the aforementioned police sources pointed out that the initial investigation into the minor from the center of Picón del Jarama allowed to verify that at least three others arrived at protection centers in Madrid "for other reasons" and that they would also have been exploited by this organization of corruption of minors.

One of the minors in the sexual exploitation network was forced into prostitution with 'menas' from the Hortaleza center

It happened in summer, in "a big house" in Carabanchel. The girl was 14 years old and was under the guardianship of the Community of Madrid.


One of the minors used by the sexual exploitation network dismantled by the National Police was prostituting herself last summer in an apartment in the neighborhood of Oporto (Madrid) with Moroccan minors (menas) from the first reception center of Hortaleza dependent on the Community of Madrid, according to the police proceedings. This girl was forced to go to a "big house" in the district of Carabanchel, as she declared, by the Kalifa, the young Dominican who led this sinister plot of abuse of minors.

This young girl, 14 years old and tutored by the Community of Madrid in a center for the protection of minors, was located days later, on August 22, 2021, by the National Police on a street in the district of Vallecas. "She was in a high state of drowsiness, incoherent and carrying a backpack with numerous condoms, lubricating intimate gel, underwear and utensils that are consistent with the minor, was exercising prostitution," according to the Police. It was also the same girl who was forced into prostitution by her father, who sold her to Kalifa in exchange for two bags of cocaine, according to the police.

At the time of being identified by the agents this minor appeared in a report of disappearance made by the center for the protection of minors itself, "a fact that according to the staff of the same, was usual in the minor, being in the police databases numerous reports of disappearance and subsequent returns of the minor".

From the investigations carried out by Group XXII of the Judicial Police Brigade, it was found that after escaping from the center, the minor went to her father, a habitual drug addict who lived in a squat in the Puente de Vallecas neighborhood, where he lived with numerous drug addicts. The father took her in despite the fact that he was aware of the minor's runaway situation.

The police report states that when the minor returned to the children's center: "she did so in conditions of total helplessness, dirty, looking like a junkie, with hardly any strength, which is why they got her to agree to a blood test". The result of this test was the following: "Positive for cocaine and cannabis and sexually transmitted diseases due to her extremely risky relationships". As a consequence of the minor's situation, it was decided to transfer her to a center for the protection of minors of the Community of Madrid, specialized in addictions, from which she escaped again to meet again with Kalifa. According to the Police, this Dominican was sheltering her in the neighborhood of San Cristóbal and the Marconi industrial estate.

The agents detail that "in addition to sleeping with Kalifa, she slept with people in the shantytowns and with people with a lot of money" in exchange for drugs, to which she was hooked. She had been accustomed to consuming coca base in order to have a total connection with the dismantled network. Last August, after being located for the umpteenth time by the Police, the young woman revealed the plot that exploited her and other minors in the center where she was under the care of the Community of Madrid and which resulted in 37 detainees involved in a network of prostitution of minors who were also used for the sale of narcotic substances in several drug dealing centers in the district of Usera and Vallecas. In the intervention, the agents freed 10 minors, several of them under the guardianship of the Community of Madrid. All of them are Spanish, with the exception of one Romanian and one Dominican.

Agents of the National Police have arrested a woman, of Chinese origin and 38 years of age, for a crime related to prostitution, favouring illegal immigration and against workers' rights, in Palma.

According to what the police reported in a press release on Sunday, through confidential information, the Provincial Brigade of Foreigners and Borders, Ucrif 1 Group, was aware that in a house near Son Gotleu a crime related to prostitution could be taking place, as massage and sexual services were being offered.

Thus, the agents proceeded to carry out an inspection of the aforementioned flat, where massage and sexual services were being offered, identifying several Chinese citizens, all of whom were in an irregular situation in Spain, reports Europa Press.

After the inspection, it was found that a woman had several women working 24 hours a day as prostitutes, obliged to accept any type of proposition from the clients, with one of them working 10 hours a day as an internal employee carrying out cleaning tasks, buying household goods, preparing food, etc., for 10 euros a day, taking advantage of the serious situation of vulnerability, as she was in an irregular situation and could not work legally.

For all these reasons, the alleged perpetrator was arrested for a crime related to prostitution, favouring illegal immigration and against workers' rights, and a police report was processed and sent to the Palma Court.
