Default Which countries in Eastern Europe have more of the following non-white groups?

    -Blacks
    -East Asians
    -Pacific Islanders
    -South Asians (not Gypsies)
    -North Africans
    -Mixed-race Latin Americans

I've left out Middle Easterners, since many Balkan countries have large and historic Turkish and Caucasian minorities, plus many countries in the region have growing numbers of Syrians and Iraqis from the recent migration waves.

I think, Russia and the Czech Republic. In the latter country live a sizable Vietnamese immigrant minority since the socialist Czechoslovakia. I have been in Czechia and I see that.

Also, Russia is a very multiethnic country. In the European parts of the country lives Kalmyks and Nogais, which are Mongolid groups, many Caucasian people belongs to West Asian phenotypes. The Tatars are rather Caucasoid than Mongoloid, so they are in the White Race and that's why I don't mention them.

Speaking for Czechia, as the first guy pointed out, there are a lot Vietnamese and quite a few Chinese aswell. Other than that, Indians are fairly common. And the rest is pretty much nonexistent.

Have you heard Chinese, Indians and Vietnamese speaking fluent Czech?

The Vietnamese born in here speak just like Czechs and their knowledge of Vietnamese is very limited. Of course there are also recent immigrants from Vietnam and they usually can hold a conversation quite well, but they sound kinda awkward and have a strong accent. Pretty much the same goes for the Chinese, who are almost always recent. As for Indians, some of them speak some Czech, but those who are employed in international companies will usually only speak English. Never heard an Indian speaking fluent Czech.

Do you know, sometimes i feel that im full of a feeling, which is the need of punching you in the face and changing the direction of your nose. Whenever i see you creating a new topic solely to put "Turkish" and "Middle eastern" in same sentence, i feel this. I know that Welsh are generally complexed and bad habited people and sometimes even backward, but youre another level.
