I recently watched this Spanish/Polish horror movie:
Synopsis:
A young real estate broker is planning a romantic meeting with her boyfriend in an old apartment building in Barcelona. But the couple is forced to fight for their lives, when a group of murderers is trying to kill them.
The actress (Ingrid García Jonsson) who interprets the female main character, is half Spanish (father) and half Norwegian (mother) XD

One of the rarer BW horror that was critically acclaimed (despite some screenplay flaws especially by current standards) .

Miss Christina/ Domnișoara Christina (2013)
The script is based on the 1936 novella, Miss Christina by Mircea Eliade.
Egor a young painter arrives at Moscu family mansion with his girlfriend, Sanda. Egor notices that her entire family worships Miss Christina, her aunt, murdered in unclear circumstances when she was only 20 years old, during the uprisings of 1907. Egor is inexplicably drawn to Miss Christina's portrait and begins to dream of her. Soon, however, the border between dream and reality fades and Miss Christina, in love with Egor, is brought back to life through occult rituals by her own family. But when he realizes that Sanda's life is in danger, Egor decides to fight Christina which was a troubled soul/ undead.
The Goat and Her Three Kids/ Capra cu trei iezi (2022)
I have not seen this movie yet. But it's inspired by a really popular story for children written by Ion Creangă.

I wish there were more horrors from Poland, bad, good, average ones - I am not too picky.
