Sorry, I'm not in Finland right now, so I have not first hand information.

I have also used very rarely common saunas. We have 3 at home. No really needs.
Basically only if I went to swim (swimming halls).

But what I have understood is that corona passport is needed to places where someway more people will join together: like night clubs, ice hockey halls, concerts, theater etc.

Not sure about saunas. The biggest ones? Some 20 - 30 people can fit in. Perhaps in those cases...not sure.

Why do you need 3 saunas at home? Are you in Eastern Europe right now?

    No
    - we welcome all asylum seekers
    - eat daily junk food
    - have strong rainbow movement
    - our procecutor general is a woke supporter
    - our young people are fattest people in the world after USA and England

Maybe Canada. Trudeau's Canada in the same front of the western world with us 😁

We would not ''need'' 3 , but that's a bit of luxury

    * One (main sauna) is in our house. It has electricity based sauna heater ... a heater type ... you can go sauna any time you want. Always ''ready''.

    * Then we have on log based sauna, near by small lake (which is in our lands). Distance from main house about 1km. There we have normal wood heated sauna heater. You'll need to add wood to keep sauna heater hot while being in sauna. The sauna heater has chimney like any normal fireplaces.

    * And lastly we has smoke sauna pretty close to that second one. Best 6 - 0; hands down, but heating takes more time and needs some efforts.

So basically our ''summer place'' is in our own same land. Some Finns have 2 saunas. One in their house and another in their summer place. We just have that smoke sauna as bit extra.

Me? Depends will you calculate southern Sweden into Eastern Europe.

Do you think that Finland was less or more ''west'' back in these days?

Well, 100 years ago in many European countries people suffered from serfdom, not in Finland. In USA and in many other countries overseas the slavery was legal, not in Finland. Obviously Finland was not western back then. Today we are more western, because we have all those backwardnesses that are still missing from many East European countries.

Ok, sorry for bad question setting.

So lets try again: Do you think that Finland was less or more ''Eastern'' back in those days?
