    Animals are not some kind of movie monsters which are there just to mutilate you. I've had an experience with pure-blood wolves when I was a kid, of course in a controlled environment. Such a great creatures they are.

    We domesticated wolves/dogs for a reason. Even in the wild wolves will rarely attack humans (unless they have rabies). Some people argue that is because in the past humans killed all the wolves that showed aggression towards humans and the wolves with "friendly genes" remained.

    They took wolves with milder temperment but also they probably werent killing the domesticated dogs family members to piss them off either. Unless its in asia. Domesticated Dogs are high trust while wolves are always suspicious.
