Gracilized types are found in France and UK Islands...
That is not necessarily jewish or southern trait, there are plenty CM Southern Europeans as well, plus many jews aren't gracile at all and most of them resemble Southern Europeans, that woman could pass as a blonde Iberian or blonde Southern French easily.

Ethiopian Jews and Indian Jews aren't genetically related to other Jews, but a lot of Ethiopian Jews have culturally assimilated into the Israeli culture and are therefore Middle Eastern. Indian Jews were actually practicing a form of Judaism similar to that of other Jews, and so they do have a line of tradition going back to the Ancient Israelites even if it's isn't genetic. They are no less Jewish and less Ancient Israelite than Ashkenazim or Sephardim or Mizrahim are, and many of them are moving to Israel in which they'll assimilate into the Israeli culture.
Why are you so obsessed with where Jews come from? Honestly this seems like an unhealthy obsession given the fact that you aren't Jewish.
The Jewish people are a TRIBE, and we existed way before people knew what genetic markers were. We never defined ourselves according to genetics, but to tradition. The Ancient Israelites also came from other groups of people (Philistines, Moabites, Edomites, etc), but they were still Ancient Israelites because they identified as the Ancient Israelite people.

Is Meirav Cohen, the minister for social equality in Israel, one of such cases? She was born in Jerusalem to Moroccan Sephardic parents

I swear there are Belorussians that are swarthier than her. And the Sephardim are not even white as a group. But you don't care much about pigmentation, do you.
