There are skinhead movements all over Balkans, stupid Gypsy.
They are not active anymore, because of sentences, repression, although not very smart they did good job cleaning the central parts of Bulgarian towns from suspicious dark subjects, especially favouring your ethnicity.
Still football hooligans do this job, but not so often

I don't think there are Neo-Nazi skinheads in the "White Pride" sense, but there are far right young activists (Ülkücü) that may attack Kurds (not all, but mainly PKK/HDP supporters) and Syrians, and glorify the Turkish race (irk)

Yeah, they are called the Grey Wolves. Funny enough, I once came across a YouTube video of a Turkish kid who recorded himself spray painting a message in front of a Syrian shop in his neighbourhood which read "Turkey for Turks". Kind of silly since it's incriminating stuff but I've never seen his channel since, he probably deleted it or YouTube did.
