I voted the Irish, myself. Although, perhaps the Italians are right up there alongside.

I voted Russia, Italy, Spain and Greece. People in the Mediterranean always seem to be talking loudly and using a lot of gestures. You might call them flamboyant in their expression.

Russians are more hot tempered in a "I'll cut you!" kind of way. They really mean business when they get angry, I think, while people in the Mediterranean will mostly just gesticulate and be "loud".
