By my own experiences in internet the hottest tempered in Europe are some Turks, Assyrians, Kurds living in Northern European countries, especially when confronted about their opponents call a "parasite status", total psychopaths in most ways. Then the second would be Norwegians, one Norwegian weeks ago was speaking like an enraged psychopath talking about mass graves or some crap like that. The rest of all ethnicities I've crossed words with have not given me the impression of being "hot tempered" or easily enraged.

The Scots and Irish are the worst and they ARE dangerous when aroused.

Then the answer is still the same as my previous post. Hooligans in East European countries look very gangsta and aggressive but people is like that everywhere in society's outcast. I don't think the average kid is a maniac, bipolar vodka drinker who is just looking to fight with everyone.

I haven't met any irish (celtic) people so I cant talk about their temper but I've seen my fair share of balkanic dudes (especially ex-yugoslavs) and I can tell you that those men dont fuck around.

I've heard that irish men are prone to violence and quite the fighters too but thats just rumours and I dont know if its true or false.
