2.18% South Asian DNA, can mean about 4.36% pure Indian. What can about 8.72% Gypsy mean? Am I wrong?
But then why do other tests tell me that I have 0%, because for that 0% all 8.72% disappears. How can I find out?

No Gypsy blood at all. Many Turkic peoples have that component too, especially Turkmens,Uyghurs & Uzbeks that have at least 5% South Indian
