    Default Let’s we Forget

    Tomorrow is Remembrance Day.

It’s a day we honor the brave Men and Women.

Your Sacrifice will always be remembered. Without you, tyranny and terror will reign supreme. You are our heroes and pride, and forever immortal.

Tyranny and terror do reign supreme and it's 'lest we forget'.

I am still honouring the brave Canadian veterans, showing them respect.

They deserve respect, but they died for the world to become something they would neither like, nor understand.

Actually today is also armistice day, when ww1 ended. That war did bring about some good thinks, like the collapse of multinational empires in Europe and the liberation of some peoples and the appearance of their nation states or enlargement of some states in Eastern Europe. But the price in blood and treasure for all Europe was very great and makes you wonder if it was worth it, especially for average people in countries like Britain, France, Germany or Russia. Russia was overtaken by evil Bolsheviks and that lead to a lot of trouble for the whole world. France got some colonies and the province of Alsace-Lorraine full of Germans etc. I think the smaller peoples like Poles, Romanians, Czechs, Serbs etc. had more to win from this war really. In the more powerful countries, only the rich had something to win from the war.
