When you speak about countries I would say Algeria has on average the lowest SSA compared to Morocco and Tunis and or Libya. But when you speak about certain areas and ethnic groups than the lowest SSA is found in Northern Morocco and the Kabyle region in North Algeria specifically. Though without any doubt all of N. African groups have SSA dna some higher than others, N. Africans without SSA dna don't exist and NEVER existed.

African groups have SSA dna some higher than others, N. Africans without SSA dna don't exist and NEVER existed.

Ha!ha!ha! Some Kabyle might have even lighter hair and lighter eyes, this doesn’t stop them from having Sub Saharan African or West Asian admixtures.
