When I was deciding which DNA testing company to choose, at the end I chose 23andMe over AncestryDNA because of their regions. Maybe it was a mistake — albeit I don’t have any particular regrets — but if I look at the list of their available regions, my country of Slovenia isn’t even listed, so I’m not sure how they would’ve showed it. Possibly split between other overlying and nearby regions they have?
However, later, they announced an update specifically for the part of Europe which is relevant to me, so maybe it’s better now, although I haven’t seen any examples and the new updated communities aren’t yet listed in the first link.
