Her nose is the main throw off here, otherwise she'd look like a typical italian woman of her age. I have seen some pretty wide noses occasionally in certain european phenotypes of paleolithic origin; Berid/Paleo Sardinian, Borreby, Paleo-Atlantid, etc... Something like Tony Sirico's nose is what I would imagine as the widest it gets for european noses, yet Angela's goes a bit beyond that. Could be a very extreme alpine-berid or med-borreby perhaps.
