Not at all babe! Her nose is the only exotic feature that's giving her that "Caribbean look". Her head shape, her eyes even pass as any generic white American.

She could be Paleo Sardinian, but definitely at least to me she doesn't look Italian, much less European, she would easily pass in Latin America.

Latin Americans from Iberian stock with minor Amerindian/ SSA traits resemble Iberians whose are Southern Europeans (not the way around), and Sicily was also setled by Moors (More Eastern ones). So, this woman can be fully-Euro. As far I know, Latin Americans are not that common in Sicily, at least not these without blood link. Berids also resemble mixed people.
