There weren't many places that weren't "devastated by rioting and looting" and "with a jury-pool comprised of residents that had suffered the rioting and looting". Where would that have been? the only places that would be like that are very conservative, "White" towns where they would have been criticized for having moved the venue to.

This is what will cause rioting and the further divide

It is very simple.

1.) The government failed to protect people and property during the riots including failture to protect 'white people' from BLM and antifa terrorists (criminals, mental patients, domestic violence offenders and pedophiles) that caused 50 million in damage to Kenosha alone

2.)People like Kyle Rittenhouse filled the void for the government so this case was about whether 'white people' can defend themselves from BLM and antifa terrorists.

3.)If Kyle was convicted that would have made the American government illegitimate because the governments main job is to be a protection racket -- protecting people and property from theft and violence etc..

4.)It would have set a 'legal precedent' that BLM/Antifa could possibly do something like break into white peoples' houses confiscate their guns and committ violence against white people at will.

5.) Therefore , this case was about whether 'white people' were allowed to protect themselves using their constitutional rights since the government failed

^I would not call that 'white priviledge' I would say 'white people' are demonized and it could have devolved into a South African situation even faster than it is.
