Not sure why you put race into your question, where does that come from?
Every race has its civilized and uncivilized.
Maybe you're speaking politically, which race might one desire to be? I'm less likely to be enslaved, as a white person: OR AM I? for we're all enslaved to some extent or another...
I think I'd rather be in the middle, between the two, like a Carribean Islander... mixing civilized with uncivilized, in style. So I'd rather be a brownish kinda guy, then, and middle class.
