I dont consider myself serbian, and no one considers me that way. And I dont think it is similar because he is more Spanish then I am Serbian. Im actually only 35% Serbian but majority here doesnt realize that, they think im 50%. My father was a quarter romani too.
My AncestryDNA autosomal results [yes it is a link click on it]

But you were born in Serbia, you have Serbian ancestry, you speak Serbian, you probably have Serbian nationality, you plot as a very woggie Greek so the genetic distance to Serbia is probably similar to the one that alnorte has with the peninsular Spain. Very similar cases, almost identical

I'm not Serbian nor South Slav so not my place to question his identity, but they probably consider him gypsy and not Serb there.

He is a person living on subsidies in Austria, if he were the second Nikola Tesla all Serbs would have flags with his face on their balconies

Some Spanish gypsies who are so popular and talented that they have become a national symbol and of course everyone considers them Spaniards.

    Lola Flores

    Camaron de la Isla

    El Fary

So what people think is irrelevant, some will consider he Serbian, others will not, others will not care and the vast majority will never say their opinion.

Well, my point is that it is up to Serbians to decide. I'm not going to say if he is Serbian or not because it is not my place.

I consider myself serbian but not ethnically serb because a serb is white and I'm not I'm serbian though because I'm rooted in serbia and that culture and traditions I think majority will see me that way
