Default What does ANE look phenotypically? Do they look Caucasoid/Europid?

Would ANE look Caucasoid phenotypically despite being genetically very distant from other West Eurasian groups? If the Tarim mummies provide a good clue to what ANE look like, would they superficially resemble modern day Northern Europeans with their blond hair and light skin (I heard Tarim mummies are blond)?

It makes me wonder what the ANE ancestors of Natives would have resemble?

Based on these morphs of photos from Kunstkamera, if Khanty and Kets are compared to their eastern or southern neighbors with lower ANE, then they have wider faces, more square rather than round faces, a lower nasal bridge, and lower orbits:

Therefore one version of what ANEs look like would be blonde semi-mongols like Khanty, even though that's probably far from reality:

    Spoiler!

That's possible although the Khanty and Kets are also approximately 45-55% Mongoloid genetically. ANE doesn't have as much mong as Khanty and Kets; it is like around 25-30% East Eurasian and the rest of the genome being Paleolithic West Eurasian related to Sunghir and Kostenki.

So you could be right, but they probably look like less mongoloid and more Caucasoid-shifted Khanty.

Tarim Mummies were not blonde. Only one or a few were. Also, you don't know which mummies were the old, genetic outlying ones or post-Afanasievo admixture ones. The one that's blonde probably wasn't even blonde anyway, mummification causes hair depigmentation. There are blonde Egyptian mummies.

As for what ANE looked like, I've posted this guy before as a possible example, looks around 75% archaic Caucasoid and 25% archaic(so kinda pseudo Mongoloid like Ainu) Mongoloid to me, Chuvash cosmonaut Andriyan Nikolayev(probably more robust but this is irrelevant):

The Guanche skulls as a whole are unlike those of modern European Mediterraneans, and resemble northern European series most closely, especially those in which a brachycephalic element is present, as in Burgundian and Alemanni series.
divided them into clearly differentiated types, which include a Mediterranean, a Nordic, a "Guanche," and an Alpine. The "Guanche" accounts for 50 per cent of the whole on the four islands of Teneriffe, Gomera, Gran Canaria, and Hierro; the Nordic for 31 per cent, the Mediterranean for 13 per cent, and the Alpine

I can kinda see that, also a few Mestizos on the high end of Euro admixture, I did think he may have too much southern Caucasoid influence(especially given he's Chuvash), especially with the thick eye brows, but still think in general he's still a good example, atleast for the older ANEs like Ma'lta boy who will have various human features solely due to being still 20k BC+, maybe he's too southern shifted for Afantova Gora. Immanenz' suggestion of a Caucasoid shifted Amerindian is probably better, you won't find any with thick eyebrows like that.
