Rich I think u should take a break, and do things u like. Watch your fav movies, write songs, anything that takes the stress off and make u focus on the good thing. I think u may have the same as me which is Body Dysmorphia, dont worry its treatable, when I get like this, the stuff I mentioned helps me feel better. If u have psychologist talk to him/her about it, it'll help u, dont worry you'll be ok.

Everyone says how old, fat and ugly I am. I don't think it's dysmorphia.
