People talk about you because you always start with ridiculous conversations.

You need professional help, if I am not wrong you already go(or went?) to a therapist. If you stopped, then start to get help again and if you are still going to a therapist I would search for another one, you become more and more absurd every day. People already said what you are doing wrong, and this many times but you are still not ready to accept this. Taking a break from here or anywhere will not help you, keep working, take care of you family(and stop talking patronizingly about your father), make sport and maybe start being realistic.

Not true. I have prominent high cheekbones. I just have too much fat around there.
