    Default Make the buyer beware....

Volunteer the trade secrets/ploys/trickeries or the malpractices prevailing in the private/public enterprises or authorities you know first hand (your job/direct experience in there or as a stretch , a homie/relative's one)

    - Some of the authorised showrooms/dealers of popular brands of cars like Hyundai,Toyota,Maruti etc. here are literally fraudsters who , often underhand , purchase old cars & sell them as brand new after refurbishing them(including chasis no.) to customers especially those who they figure out as vulnerable , which is plain criminal offence .

    - While the PTR(Price To Retailer) of medicine that are colloquially referred to as 'generic' in comparison to its 'ethical/branded' equivalent(i.e. with same API in same strength and hence more or less similar efficacy) are very very less, scummy less than their 'ethical/branded' equivalent , their MRPs(Maximum Retail Price) are deliberately kept on par with 'ethical/branded' equivalent (mainly due to latter being 'pushed' in healthcare with ultimately the consumer/patient ending up unwittingly paying the exorbitant for both) . Scenario in respect of surgical instruments used in neuro/ortho surgeries(& likely for other surgeries too) is even more worse for consumer/patient .

    - In civil suits , some rogue counsels often tend to , in collusion with official personnel etc. , intercept court summons to other party in order to secure ex-parte decree for the cash rich clients (albeit that's just one of the innumerable malpractices in judiciary)
