yeah. I don't think there's a correlation. Sleep Paralysis usually happens when you wake up from a deep sleep abruptly and go back to sleep quickly.

77 is the one I used to see a ridiculous, probabilistically impossible amount of times, a few years back. Then it sort of stopped, and more recently it's been back up again. Not everyone experiences this type of phenomenon. From my knowledge, if you are able to receive these "messages", you are in a good path in your life, spirituality speaking.

Last year i went through the deepest, darkest depression i've ever experienced (it had nothing to do with the pandemic).
It went on and on for months.
I found myself so stuck in the mire, i truly believed there was no way out. I faced many demons, and eventually pulled myself out.
In the middle of it all, i noticed i kept seeing triple digits. This was new to me. I first saw it on the clock. The first time it was funny, "Oh lol it's 2:22." Then the second time, i thought, oh what a coincidence. But now i see same triple digits all the time, multiple times a day, not just on clocks now. I am not searching for them. They just show up. For example, I've seen it when checking my blood pressure, or watching a movie it's on the clock in the background. My grocery bill has even been $333 or $444 many times since this began. It's weird. Eventually i searched online, and it turns out many people have experienced this. They say the numbers have meaning, a message. I don't know...
Anyone else experience this? Would you consider it a phenomenon or High strangeness? I often wonder why i started seeing same triple digits during a very brutal spiritual battle? Maybe they are messages?

No, they are not messages.

People pay attention to some things and others go unnoticed.

If you become obsessed with something in particular, you will unconsciously look for it, so it will seem to you that it is something that happens to you more often than to others.

I also pay attention to the numbers I see on the street since I was a child, and I have played with them, looking for relationships between them and trying to interpret hidden meanings. But as a mental game, not as a message from anything or anyone.

I guess I don't need to tell you, but don't make decisions based on supposed messages you interpret from those numbers.

If you are in a time concious profession where you constantly check your phone, watch and other devices, you will likely see this a lot.

Until recently, when I decided changes were required for our scheduling, I was a time keeper and multiple times every day, saw repeating sequences of numbers.

No big deal.

The first time it happened to me as a teenager, I had gone a few days to a country house and someone asked me the time and I said it was 11:11, I could have said 11:10, but I said 11:11 and from then on there have been many coincidences, but I did not take it any further and I chose not to give it importance and in fact it is something I had forgotten, I suspect there is nothing good behind it, I'm sorry.

Imo. it is about how subconscious works.

One can also train one’s subconscious to find answers to questions.
If there is something one really needs to know, one way is to collect data and through that process form an educated opinion.
Another way is to let that question sink into the subconscious, and at an opportune moment, the subconscious (just like it makes one notice the numbers) will make one consciously notice, become aware of something which will provide the answer.

Subconscious is a valuable tool, but can be a dangerous thing to play with.


Worldviews imo. work like that also.
They are subconscious programs, in other words they are structured frames of reference in the background of attention which guide attention, support and give interpretive meanings to all our experiences.

People do not generally question their worldviews, let alone become aware that other ‘subconscious programs’ i.e. worldviews, just as all-pervasive and functional exist - because they are subconscious.

And then ofcourse there is also that CCF-barrier (The Conscious Critical Faculty) to consider.
For example - some people cannot be hypnotized.
