Komi. Interesting to note from that data you provided, that compared to those old skulls modern Europeans (or Europeans 100 years ago when skull measuring was popular). Seem to have lost quite lot of auricular height. If I remember correctly Finnish average of 127mm was one of the tallest auricular heights on ROE, yet compared to those old skull examples, it seems very short. On the other hand skull breadth has increased a lot compared old times.
And also to note, of course measurements from skull are always more reliable, especially face measurements.
