Good question, i mostly listen to techno mixes like cyberpunk, industrial, psychedelic, minimal etc, but my favourite is maybe Boris Brejcha, Max Brhon.
I like alternative electronic music too, like Neo, i listen it very often, or Prodigy, The Orb.

They mostly made crap music after the 90s. I remember randomly coming across some recent song of Metallica which was an ungainly dud. It was even worse than I could imagine from a band that used to be great. I think a lot of artists lose their mojo, inspiration for good when they are not young anymore.
