Were Medieval Turkics genetically more European-like than Pre-TUrkish Anatolians? As far as I know Pre-Turkish Anatolians were like a balanced mix of Atlantic_Med and West Asian. Since Atlantic_Med is one of the core components of Europeans, I think Pre-Turkish Anatolians were closer to European than Medieval Turks are to Europeans.
By the way I really don't think Demis is a sockpuppet of neither Kivan nor Itilvolga.

Medieval Turkics had some steppe, most of nowadays Turkish steppe admixture comes from them. Pre-Turkish Anatolians were, besides of Western Anatolian Greeks who were very close to mainland Greeks, very southern shifted, more Armenian like. Turks also brought Iranic influence from east to west.

I don't think he has anyone beneath him. He wasn't unskilled when he came to Germany though. He worked for years with his father, electrical installation wiring and stuff. If I remember correctly he had around 2000€ or something when he first came. The first company that hired him was very much satisfied with him. He understood everything he was told to do with zero knowledge of German and bad English, I presume because he had practical working experience. He had to move to another city because of his wife. His former company wrote a good letter of recommendation and he got a better paid job.
There obviously are negative consequences, but personally for most workers who stayed not so much. Balkan employers have a habit of giving bad salaries. People from the Balkans are often told to avoid to work in Germany for people from Balkans, but in the end many times there is no choice but to work for them. If Balkanigga gives you 1700€ pay German man will give you 2400€ for doing the same job. At least that is what I was told. Exodus of many skilled workers who left for Germany and the rest of Western Europe caused shortage of skilled workers back home which caused employers to slowly raise wages.Another aspect: The free movement of labour is a central political point within the EU. But this can also have negative consequences for the countires, where the workers come from. A number of countries do loose many good workers that they do need themselves rather much. It's a policy of maximising companies gains. Various side effects (at other's expences) are ignored.

I like thinking big. If you're going to be thinking anything, you might as well think big. Donald Trump
