Yeah it's where the Gothic culture meets Balkanic, which creates abominations like A.H. etc.

People tend to marry with someone with similar culture. Turks here rarely marry with someone without roots from Turkey, also not with other foreigner. That counts for most other foreigner groups too, regardless of their origin.

Wouldn't you say that being on this site it's not hard to understand why. I remember reading an article about Turkish woman living in Croatia who got married to a Croat. Apparently there are people who think the same.

It was a football match of the Croatian national team and I came to the cafe to cheer. I even wore your jersey. And so, I shout and cheer when the shout comes to me - and what are you cheering for the Croatian national team, go back to Istanbul!

Okay. I prefer nations related by common ancestry. Other countries can do as they please, it's their choice.
That being said, for me other Europeans and historical minorities are okay as well, as long as their numbers are smallish.

Do you have any Turkic ancestry at all? Also there are many cultures in Turkey. What do you mean that you are "culturally Turkish?"

As far as I know I don’t have Turkic ancestry but I identify as Turkish (but do not hide my ancestral origin when asked where I am originally from), my native tongue is also Turkish and also Bosnians in Turkey are not seen as foreigners. These are the situations that I mean when saying culturally Turkish.

Have you done a DNA test or and have raw data that can also be ran through other calculators to learn more?

I haven’t taken neither autosomal DNA nor haplogroup test yet but I think of it. However both of my parents do not find it safe. They also say it is not very cheap at all and I agree with my parents on its being expensive.
