It would be very favorable for Hungarians; you would maintain your ethnic territories, including northern Bacska and Banat, southern-east Slovakia and Romanian border. Szeklers would get their own land, too. All beyond that is unrealistic and megalomania of Hungarian imperialist elite and you have lost all of these territories.

What kind of slavs? Croats supported the Monarchy in general because they didn't want to live under serbian hegemony and inside the AH Croatia was pretty independent.

Agreed. This was much more favorable to the Hungarians than what they have now, and of course lot more fair towards other ethnic groups in the Monarchy.
